We have tried to make this website as easy to use as possible but just to make it even simpler here is the help page to get you through any questions you might have...

1. I don't know what I want? Easy give us a call or drop us an email and we can advise you on the correct products and safety equipment are suitable for any of our sports.

2. How do I order anything?  You can view any products through the menu on the left then click the images to view more details on any product.  Then click the "Add to Cart" button to remember the item in your shopping cart (it should show up in the top right section of the window).  Then continue shopping and add any other items to the cart you wish.  When finished click "<CHECK OUT>" at the top menu or "Purchase Now" in the cart.   Fill out your details and how you wish to pay and click send.

3. I filled in the form but it didn't ask for my card details?  We don't entirely trust online credit card processing and so we "call you back" to get your details at the time and number you specify.  Otherwise just after you send the order call us up and give us your details as your order will be on our screen so you won't have to repeat it.

4. I can't find this thingy or whatzit on your website?  Give us a call or drop us an email we stock or can get almost anything mountainboard/kite/juggling/protection related and if we don't sell it or can't tell you where to find it then there is probably a good reason not to have it!!!

5. I have broken/lost my bolt/screw/mind?  We hold spare parts for our most popular products and can normally get a spare out in the post the same day if you order before 2pm.  Please give us a call and describe the problem.  It may be under warentee with manufacturer and we can sort a replacement/repair for you.  A digital photo of the problem can help us get things done faster but please call us with the basic problem first.

6. I have found this item cheaper elsewhere?  Give us a call we will normally match almost any price especially for local or regular customers.  Remember we give discount for members of most local clubs which normally makes our products cheaper than the competition.  We are an actual store so can give full back up and support that you would expect rather than a part time internet only company who suddenly is not around when something goes wrong.  This means that our prices have to be realistic to give the top level of service you require so please don't have the shirts off our backs ;-)
