Whilst attending Scottish Wind Fest 2013 we took the chance to check out the new 2014 Ozone Contact water bar and new Megatron chicken loop which has had a design overhaul for 2014. The new Megatron loop is available now with the 2014 Ozone Reo and will be launching with all other Ozone models including the C4, Catalyst, Edge and Zephyr by years end.<\/p>\n

One of the only issues we have ever had, and one that is constantly bought up in Ozone reviews in the kitesurf mgazines is the safety system on the old generation Contact bars.<\/p>\n

With the addition to a new push away safety system, two safety modes and a “anti twist” spinning safety Ozone have moved back to the top of the podium for a clean, simplistic 4 line bar with good features, excellent build quality and a great safety system.<\/p>\n

The push away safety is very smooth to fire, and extremely easy to reset. Hopefully you can see this from the pictures below.<\/p>\n
