Its that wonderful time of year when the ATBShop turns into a winter wonderland and what better way to celebrate than a party!<\/h2>\n

The shop has now turned around from hosting a summer collection of water sports to holding a massive amount of the latest snowboard equipment. On sale we have a massive variety of boots, boards, bindings, accessories, apparel, goggles, safety equipment including avalanche accessories, helmets and other forms of impact protection plus all the latest GoPro accessories and camera’s.<\/p>\n

\nThe day started well with tons of people descending on the shop from 12pm. It wasn’t long before the mince pies and sausage rolls stared rolling out along with the mulled wine getting everyone in the mood to indulge. There are so many different styles of jackets this year that everyone seemed catered for – park rats right up to your Burton AK range, back-country boarders! Our experts were on hand to explain all the tech that goes in each jacket in fine, relevant detail.<\/p>\n

Loads of boots and bindings were also flying out – we had customers sat enjoying a glass of something special while waiting for their boots to mould. We normally offer a latte or a tea while they wait, but there wasn’t too much uptake on the non alcoholic drinks.

\nThe snow boarding show room launch coincided with our GoPro 8 tech day. Our experts were on hand with all the latest cameras and accessories info – Tams who works for ATBShop, even sold the first customer of the day a Hero 8 Black! He had come in for the cheaper GoPro but after understanding his needs he walk out a happy customer with the Hero 8 Black. During the day and even now there is a chance to win a new GoPro which will be drawn this weekend – so if you’ve entered good luck!

Talking of prizes… thanks to all our kind sponsors we had hundreds of pounds worth of hats, socks, face masks, beanies, bags and T-Shirts etc to give away in our free raffle. Each person walking into ATBShop received a free chance to win a whole host of goodies instantly just by picking up a ticket. Needless to say there were tons of happy winners over the day.

The day didn’t stop there. At 5pm Harry Calvert – ATBShop Team rider, ran a “Harry’s How 2 Session” for waxing boards and skis. Everyone piled into the carpark and watched Harry explain how to service a board. Quite a crowd formed for this one despite the fact it was freezing outside!

The day just flew by and before we knew it was 7pm! Overall our Saturday Launch party was a massive success with lots of happy customers.<\/p>\n

ATBShop would like to thank everyone who came along and travelled so far – I think we had people from Wales, Brighton, Weston- Super-Mare and Birmingham visit plus a load of local’s from Oxford and the Cotswolds so thanks – you all made our day!
