All new for 2018 is the Crisp Ultima 4.5 in Anodised Gold and Black. This scooter has had some serious upgrading over the years and this year's model is no exception. With an all new set of alloy bars and a new hybrid alloy fork, the Ultima 4.5 is nice and light while remaining just as strong as ever!
The deck on the Ultima measures in at 4.5in wide by 20in long. This means it is nice and wide to make it easier to catch your whips and land other tricks clean. It features triple channel concave which gives you more control when kicking the deck and Crisp's new quadri-concave downtube design which reduces weight and increases the deck's strength. The headtube on the Ultima 4.5 is fully integrated and includes a smooth, sealed headset. The brake on the Ultima 4.5 is Crisp's SST springless flex brake.
When it comes to the fork, Crisp have used their all new Hybrid Alloy Fork which reduces weight but also looks the part. It is an undersized fork to fit the standard sized bars using IHC compression. The new hybrid alloy fork is made to fit 120mm wheels, which on this scooter are 8 spoke alloy cores with Abec 9 bearings. Onto the fork, we have the standard size steel bars measuring in at 560mm wide by 585mm high which fit with the IHC compression. These bars are nice and strong keeping you riding for longer.
