On Friday 4th\u00a0August ATBShop Skate Warehouse hit up Cirencester Skate Park. In full force equipped with top DJ- Dom Etchells and his killer sound system, Instructors, hire equipment and a tonne of prizes; We were ready to go. There was some great teamwork from the start, as we turned up in torrential rain. All the competitors set to work, voluntarily mopping the ramps, ready for the beautiful sunshine to break through and warm up an incredible afternoon of great scooting.<\/p>\n

We saw some great examples of riding through games and competitions throughout the day, from all levels and ages of riders. We held fun races for younger children, and full competitions for the older, more advanced riders. With Demo\u2019s from ATB Team rider Luke Humphries and a full afternoon of music from DJ Dom Etchells, hundreds of pounds worth of random prizes and throw-outs, the afternoon provided great entertainment for competitors and spectators alike.<\/p>\n

As the day drew to a close, morale was high with every person walking away with at least one prize and a sacrifice goody bag! Huge thanks to everyone who came along to support such an awesome event and MASSIVE shout out to the Cirencester Council and the Hub for making it possible to put on this event.<\/p>\n
