The Dakine Poacher R.A.S. features a 36L capacity and offers enough dedicated tool storage for you shovel, probe and features an exclusive Dakine RollTop airbag closure for a Mammut Removable Airbag System 3.0 (sold separately HERE). With plenty of storage for spare gloves, jacket and enough room for a drink and snacks the Poacher also has a pocket for an addition hydration camel pack or two-way radio. The Poacher uses a hip belt with a media pocket and heavy duty buckle to remove any stress or weight on the shoulders and keep the pack secured in the event of an avalanche. As another level of optional safety the Poacher is also compatible with a DK Impact Spine Protector.
The Mammut Removable Airbag system is a proven form of protection in the event of an avalanche to keep you on the surface of the snow once deployed, the Poacher features a toggle access pocket that can be left open when in transit for quick and instant access.
