Royal Mail Deliveries:

With the current delays from Royal Mail then some parcels are taking much longer to deliver rather than normal! Sometimes quick but we can't guarantee as we get closer to Christmas. If you want the parcel before Christmas we really recommend ordering with Courier Delivery not standard delivery for small items. Also due to the extra workload the couriers are not guaranteeing next day at the moment. They are trying their best please bear with them.

Extended Exchange & Returns

Making Christmas shopping easy is ATBShop's number one priority. Our extended exchange & returns program allows you to buy with confidence from us today & should anything need changing, we have a no questions asked policy and we'll happily swap out your order or exchange it for something else.

Our extended exchange & returns applies to all orders place from 1st December 2025 up until 25th December 2025. All orders need to be returned to us by the 15th January 2026.

Next Working Day Delivery - We offer next working day delivery from  FedEx, DPD, DHL, UPS & Parcelforce for all mainland UK orders. Smaller orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 24 which arrive in 1-2 working days. Please see below for our Christmas shipping times.  Please allow more time this season as Royal Mail have delays as usual.

Christmas Shipping & Delivery Times

Courier Delivery (DPD, FedEx & UPS etc)

For orders (large items) with DPD, UPS,  DHL & Parcel Force you need to order your items by Tuesday 23rd December, please make sure you order before 12 midday for guaranteed same day dispatch. (We recommend ordering before 22nd December the as our couriers can't guarantee 100% delivery on the 24th even though they do their best!)

Royal Mail

Small sized orders sent using standard delivery Royal Mail 1st Class post will need to be placed by Thursday 19th December no later than 2pm for guaranteed same day dispatch. Please allow more time this season as Royal Mail have more delays than usual.

Deliveries between Christmas and New Year

All orders placed on the 24th after 1pm through to the 28th December will be dispatched & with our couriers on Monday 29th December, Tuesday 30th and Wednesday 31st December.  Please note our couriers only deliver on 'working days' and not bank holiday so therefore over the Christmas period and New Years Day orders may take a little longer to arrive.  Couriers start collecting again normally on 2nd January for delivery.
