Making a purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, view your cart and select how you wish to pay. All our prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling. If paying by paypal this would be converted at their rates on that day please check this as completing order.
We accept online payment by credit debit cards or by paypal. We can accept other methods i.e. cheque and bank transfer but please contact us for the details. Orders are Authorised and payment taken items normally ship within 1-2 working days. If there is a delay more than 5 working days you will be contacted. DO NOT SEND CARD DETAILS BY EMAIL!
Shipping And Handling:
Postage is charged at costs - we do not make a charge for handling.
ATBShop Ltd is a high street store and mail order company. If you live locally you can collect the goods direct from us and save the shipping cost. Please look at the about us page for map details. We have to take payment in store for collections.
We deliver your order as soon as possible online orders we will normally dispatch within 2 working days if there is a delay longer than this we will contacy you. Large items are sent by courier normally on a next day service for UK. Small items are sent royal mail first class post and can take up to 2-10 days for delivery.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or telephoned with the option to cancel or change your order if you would rather not wait.
Cancellation of Order:
Orders can be cancelled with no surcharge before the goods have left the store (normally less than 24hrs). If the order is already with the courier or has been delivered then we are unable to give a full refund and there will be a charge for shipping at our cost. Customised products that are cut/made to order may incur a charge for cancellation.
For orders made from the UK and EU, 20% VAT is included in all the advertised prices.
We do our best to guarantee your satisfaction. All products are warranted by the manufacturer for manufacturing defects please contact us for specific details. Products are not Guaranteed for extreme use unless specified. But we always try to sell the best quality parts available.

Faulty goods may be returned at anytime during the manufacturers guarantee and ATBShop Ltd will arrange for the goods to be rectified or replaced. Unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods can be returned at the customers expense and provided they have not been used or damaged, ATBShop Ltd will issue a full refund less the cost of postage we incur.
