First produced by Frederick Charles Herzog (Mr. Zog) in 1972 alongside chemist Nate Skinner, Mr Zogs Original Sex Wax has shown to be possibly the most popular surf wax of all time resulting in a range of surfing wax products being produced under non-surfing related innuendo names such as "Quick humps", "Really Tacky" and "Naval Wax". 

Sex Wax is applied to the deck of surfboards to provide traction for surfers to prevent them from slipping off the board. With a variety of different wax to cater for different water temperatures and conditions, Mr. Zog's Sex Wax has also expanded into Snowboard Wax  industry where the wax essentially makes the base of snowboards/ skis more slippery.
