CoolBoard Classic
The classic shaped coolboard. The coolboard is the only 3D balance board out there and we love them! The best workout for your legs of any balance board.
The Cool Board Classic was the only fully 3D balance board in existence until they made the other versions but it is still our favourite. By balancing on the ball then the Cool Board is the only board that does not limit the directions of balance. This makes it much harder than traditional balance boards and tone muscles and balance areas other boards don't reach! Check out the video below to see what it's all about.
The Coolboard Classic Board comes in two sizes and comes complete with a riding ball and workout card, learning discs are available separately. The size of board is based on your foot size as the movement area under the board is bigger on the large board and smaller feet find it hard to get the ball back from the toe and heel edge on the bigger board.

If you don't already have good balance or are not used to balance boards then this will be very difficult to master so often best to start with the inflated disc until comfortable and then progress onto the ball.
There are also three sizes of Ball and two speeds of ball available. If you are good at balance then the medium sized ball in standard speed is the most versatile and you can always upgrade with new balls in the future. The Quickness ball is not for the feint hearted as it really speeds things up! The smaller ball makes it easier to drop in to the board from the floor while the large ball needs more leverage to get ontop and can feel quite high to fall off!
