For those times in need when the tiredness sets in and you simply need a helping hand when treading water, simply pull the cord to activate the CO2 cartridge inside the belt which then inflates the concealed bladder keeping you afloat comfortably. This minimalist design is an additional safety measure for those sports where wearing a buoyancy aid may be too restrictive. Although this is no supplement for a buoyancy aid, the M-16 is perfect for a little extra reassurance on the water.
