This is a OBrien Burnside Solid Paddleboard not an inflatable this has surfboard performance and no pumping. Bamboo hull construction it is beautiful and has amazing performance.
The O Brien Burnside is a premium Solid Paddle Board SUP suitable for all water conditions. Lakes, Sea and Rivers. The all round shape and hull design makes it very versatile board to just get on and ride. The OBrien Burnside is constructed in environmentally friendly bamboo and has a build process focussed on minimum waste so is better than traditional epoxy SUP build and looks amazing. The board weight and durability is also great at just over 12kg for the total weight and bamboo durability.
There are two sizes of the OBrien Burnside the 10ft6 is the ideal size for riders under 90Kg in weight and the 11ft 2in board is best for riders above 90Kg up to 130Kg . These are just rough weight guides as everyone has a bit of preference but if you are unsure it gives you a start point.
A solid or rigid paddle board like the OBrien Burnside offers more performance than inflatable boards but need a bit more storage space and roof rack for transport. This performance is especially shown on lakes and sea where there is more chop or waves the solid board cuts through and has a more defined rail that makes surfing tiny waves so enjoyable.
