The Apex Pro Scooter Deck in Turquoise has been in development for the last three years. Apex have been looking into the most advance decks currently available on the market today and taken note on what works and what doesn't whilst taking into account the demand for precision engineering, style and of course performance!
With a slick new look, the one of a kind turquoise deck features a Custom 6082 Australian made Aluminium extrusion build and a head tube angle of just 82.5. Coming in at 11.43mm wide, weighing an incredible 1235-1285g, this deck has no wasted effort gone into the weight to quality ratio.
The Apex Pro Scooter Deck also features an integrated head tube as standard whilst the entire deck is TIG hand welded and is post weld heat treated to T6, ensuring the upmost strength and quality.
All components are CNC machined for extra precision whilst the deck features integrated grind rails in the base for longer, smoother grinds whilst offering flat sides for finger whips.
One of the coolest components is the new Apex brake made from heat treated spring steel and rounded to reduce the chances or flat spotting. Also, they have used bolt-in rear spacers, meaning they aren't going to rattle or fall out your deck whilst you're putting it together. Lastly, Apex have put extra thought into maximising foot space on the deck, giving you and extra 10-15mm room on the deck.
