From Proto, the company that brought us the first SCS system eight years ago, brings us the Sentinel. The Sentinel clamp is the most technically advanced SCS system to date.
Landing in at 3.5in Tall, offering a full 2in of handlebar support to accommodate the tallest of bars. Larger 8mm bolts with 6mm Hex Key drives provides 25 percent more thread, increasing torque and reducing the chances of stripping, allowing your SCS to stay tighter for longer.
Despite it being fairly tall, weight is not an issue with this Standard Compression System, with its tapered top and base, and its 2 cut outs removing unwanted material, without reducing its strength.
This SCS also features a all new 'spreader bar' which is used opposite the main clamp bolts, for easy installation and removal, eliminating the 'penny stretch' trick.
